  • Transaction Data: We retain cryptocurrency transaction data for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Dutch tax and financial regulations.
  • KYC Documents: We retain KYC verification documents for the duration of your relationship with us and for 5 years after the termination of our relationship, as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Communications: We retain customer service communications for 2 years from the date of the communication.
  • Usage Data: We retain usage data for 2 years from the date of collection.
